I accidentally did the check in procedure for a different store so when my fiancé showed up nooone knew what he was talking about. That’s understandable but to not know that you can do an online check in for your business is ridiculous. The ladies looked at him like he was stupid. Then proceeded to butcher his hair. Simple cut but came home without his side burns being touched at all and after being asked what to do with them. Lastly he has 3 or 4 little cuts on the back of his neck. Maybe there should be more time spent on a $20 what was supposed to be simple, haircut.

i am only writing this because you e mailed me a reminder. a reminder of one of the worst hair cuts i ever got. if i remember correctly i was upset i left such a good tip once i got home and saw it. i know everyone has bad days so i kept it to myself.

I brought all 3 of my boys as walkins last night (2, 4, & 7) and was a little nervous about how things would go. This was my youngest’s first haircut and the middle son was recovering from an ear infection. The ladies couldn’t have been more wonderful! They were each very patient and everything went better than I could have hoped for. I am very impressed with the entire crew. Thank you for making it such a good experience for all of us!!!!
